Lesson 10 | Module E
Module E covers training around hip pain. We discuss common aggravating movements, such as squats, sumo deadlifts, and weightlifting movements, and how to modify the variables of these exercises to allow for continued training throughout an injury. Lastly, we include a case study of a client dealing with hip pain and how we modified their training in real-life situations.
