Lesson 7: Module A | Programming Variables

Lesson 7 | Module A
This week we’ll start off by going through the variables that can be manipulated to create a workout. In order to drive the desired adaptations to a client we need to understand what variables drive which adaptations, as well as how to adjust them in a training plan. Wrapping up this talk will be the effects of changing exercise choice and exercise order
