Lesson 9: Module A | Program Examples

Lesson 9 | Module A
In module A we have a brief description for our upcoming programming walkthrough. We cover how we will go about organizing all of the variables discussed in previous weeks to deliver a quality program to the hands' of our client.

Program Walkthrough

In this video we will discuss how to prioritize certain aspects of a program depending on your client's time constraints. We begin by discussing a 2-day 45 minutes or less training program, and will build up to a 5-day 90 minute or longer session. You will learn how to layer a program that builds in complexity as frequency and duration of training increases.
