Strong Kids | 2026 Summer Sessions

Session 1: June 18th- July 11th
Session 2: July 23rd - August 15th

Recommended for ages 8-18

  • No Parent/Guardian Required

  • Classes capped at 10 students (5-1 Student to Coach Ratio)

  • 45-60 Minute classes focused on beginner barbell skills, structured, progressive training, cardiorespiratory fitness, games, etc.

  • Classes will include a warm up, workout, and either a cardio or game activity to finish the session

  • Equipment will include but not limited to: Barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, machines, etc.

  • Great for students who want to learn more about the gym and who may have felt intimidated by a gym environment.

  • A great addition to an offseason from sports or school activities

  • Coaching and instruction every step of the way!

Thursday Nights:
Coach Lauren 6-7PM 

Saturday Mornings:
Coach Jacob 9-10AM 

$250 Per Summer Session (2 Nights/week, 4 weeks)
$400 For All 8 Weeks or a Family Discount (Not Stacked)

How do I sign up?
Click the link in this page to be brought to “Zenplanner”. With Zenplanner you’ll be able to pay for and register for specific class times. Parents must sign a waiver when their child attends their first class.

Can my child attend at any part of the session?
Yes, your child does not have to attend all classes in order to participate

Do I need a gym membership?
There is no gym membership required to attend classes.

Who will be teaching the classes?
Coach Lauren and Coach Jacob will leading the classes throughout the summer.

What if I have multiple children attending?
Chat with a member of staff with RTL to discuss the family discount rate.

Does my child need any special equipment?
No! Your child will need standard gym clothes and sneakers, nothing special required.
