
At Resilient Training Lab, we will be offering individualized training experience designed specifically for you. You will get all the benefits of personal training with all the perks and convenience of a commercial gym. Personalized programming is the building block of Resilience, and Coach Paul believes being on individualized programs is the second most crucial factor to success in the weight room behind consistency.
Every individual is different in millions of ways, and therefore every person’s program should be different. Every person has different goals, prior injuries, training history, genetics, prior life experiences, etc., and all these factors play a role in how you respond to training. On top of that, everybody has different time restrictions and personal preferences when it comes to exercise. If you do not take all these factors into consideration, then your program is leaving a lot to be desired. All-time great strength coach Eric Cressey said it best “on a generalized program 25% of people get better, 25% of people get worse, 25% of people stay the same, and 25% of people get hurt.” Don’t just hope to be in the good 25%, actually meet your goals in an attainable way just for you!
You will work with a coach to have a program created tailored to your wants and needs. You will get a say in all aspects of your program, including training days per week, time per training day, and style of training. Your coach will then work to make a program that you enjoy and will still allow maximal progress towards your goals! Each part of your program will be customized for you from your warm-up, weight training, conditioning, all the way to your cooldown. All programing is created holistically: the whole body and whole lifestyle. We don’t just lift. We talk about sleep, stress, motivation, injuries, overall wellbeing, mental health, home life, anything that affects your health and well-being is addressed at Resilient Training Lab.
We create dynamic programming that adjusts to you and what you respond to. This is a program that is specific to your needs, that grows with you and continues to push you as you become stronger and more fit, that helps you become the athlete you always could be.
Through advanced tracking measurements and regular check-ins with a coach, your ideal program will be created. Your customized program is dynamic and will be modified based on your changing wants, needs, and goals
