Building training volume over time is a critical component of increasing resilience, work capacity, and building muscle mass. What gets measured gets managed, so we need to identify a way to track volume as it relates to resistance training. We’ll cover some useful landmarks when it comes to managing training volume, as well as a cool gauge as to whether or not you’ve build muscle mass in a particular area.
