Lesson 5: Module G | Niche

Lesson 5 | Module G
Choosing your niche is an important concept that can help you become successful in your business, and help you provide great outcomes for your patients. Your niche is the patient population that you want to work with, and choosing an appropriate niche will help many different facets of your business.

When first starting your business, it is usually best to start with one niche in mind. Once you have a steady case load, you can then start expanding into a new niche to serve a larger population of people. In the cash-based setting, this can be a very natural process if you hire a clinician that excels at working with a different group of people than your original niche.
