What do I do once I get to the gym?

When you arrive at the gym, you need to scan into the gym and then see a coach to check-in. This allows us to track attendance, and you even get the opportunity to win some cool Resilient apparel/gear. 


Checking In? What's the deal? Why would I do that? 

We use check-ins to keep track of attendance, as well as to look for trends during our semi-private coaching hours. We can't provide the best schedule possible if we don't have the data on when you guys want to train! You also get sweet prized for reaching milestone check-ins, so don't forget!
