Semi-Private

Semi-private training is available in a small group setting, with oversight from the RTL Coaches. Working in groups of 5-8 athletes, each athlete is working individually within their own programming but has the attention of the coaches in a smaller setting. Train with friends and like-minded people and become part of the Resilient community.

This training takes place at Revolution Fitness.

One-On-One Personal Training

Personal training is available to any client who wishes to have one-on-one attention as they work through their custom program. All one-on-one clients receive a personalized program with coaching to modify training on the fly based on your current state. This ultimate training experience takes place at Revolution Fitness. Each session is 50-75 minutes long

Remote Coaching

Remote coaching will allow you to receive all the benefits of Resilient Training Lab personalized programming from any gym you choose or from the comfort of your own home. Receive full personalized program or a conditioning only programming. 

With this service you will receive:

  • Detailed health and goal assessment

  • Weekly training program designed specifically to your goals, training history, injury history and equipment availability, providing adjustments based on your feedback. Get everything from your warm-up, training, conditioning, and cool-down programmed.

  • Monthly Personal Consultation - a 30-minute video call to discuss goals and process

  • Weekly video review with training notes of main lifts

  • Ongoing support through exclusive access to personal email with a 24-hour response

  • Tracking of volume and intensity to help pinpoint what works best and guide future programming

  • Tracking of estimated one-rep max to track and measure progress.

  • Tracking of acute and chronic workload to help push optimal progress and reduce the risk of injury.

Conditioning Only - Remote Coaching: Conditioning only services are also available for those that want to add conditioning to their current strength training program.

Nutrition Coaching

Work with a coach to develop a nutrition strategy that fits your goals. Remote or in-person meetings and check-ins are available.
