Lesson 7: Module F | Frequency
Lesson 7 | Module F
The research has not given us too much information about frequency. I believe this is because the differences changes in frequency make are very small and would take a very long term study to see. Despite that the research does point to higher frequency being generally more effective. The little research we have along with some intuitive thinking leads us to program with relatively high frequency. This is not to say progress cant be made at all different training frequencies!
